This covenant governs all information handling practices related to your use of Flyn, the platform that turns your treasured photo collections into one-of-a-kind interactive memory universes. We built Flyn to help you relive your most precious moments in an immersive, personal way, and our privacy rules are centered entirely around protecting the sanctity of your personal memory galaxy.
All user-generated content you create or upload within Flyn remains entirely under your ownership and control, and we never collect, store, or transmit this content to any of our servers. This includes:
All of the above content is stored locally on your device only. We have no ability to access, view, or share this content under any circumstances.
We integrate Facebook and Adjust SDKs exclusively for advertising delivery and campaign optimization purposes. These SDKs are strictly permission-limited to only collect anonymous, non-user-generated device-level information, including ad identifiers, device model, operating system version, and general app launch frequency.
We have implemented technical restrictions to block these SDKs from accessing any of your local photo storage, in-app memory galaxy content, or user-generated data of any kind. No information related to your personal memory content is ever shared with these third parties, nor is it used for ad targeting purposes.
All advertisements displayed within Flyn are targeted based solely on the anonymous device-level information mentioned above, and never based on the content of your photos, the themes of your memory galaxies, or any of your personal memory-related activity. You will never receive ads targeted based on the private moments you store in Flyn, as we never connect that content to our advertising systems.
You may adjust your ad preferences at any time via your device system settings, including resetting your ad identifier or disabling personalized ad delivery entirely, with no impact to core Flyn functionality.
All access to restricted in-app features is processed exclusively through official app store channels. We do not collect, store, or process any information related to your feature access transactions, including account details or access history. All feature access permissions are stored locally on your device only, and we have no visibility into your feature access status or history.
We have binding contractual agreements in place with Facebook and Adjust that require them to only use the limited anonymous data they receive from Flyn for the sole purpose of ad delivery and optimization, and prohibit them from combining this data with any personal identifiable information from other sources, or using it for any other unrelated purposes. In the event we identify any violation of these terms by our third-party partners, we will immediately terminate our integration with their services.
You retain full control over all data associated with your use of Flyn at all times:
We do not intentionally collect any data from users who do not have full legal capacity to use digital services. If we become aware that any such user has provided data to our third-party SDKs, we will immediately take steps to delete all associated anonymous data from our partner systems, and will restrict ad delivery to such users to only age-appropriate, non-personalized content.
We may update this privacy covenant periodically to align with product updates or operational requirements. All updates will be posted in the in-app settings page no less than 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Flyn after the updated covenant takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cease use of Flyn and delete all your local data at any time.
